Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Unispirit Media & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (“Unispirit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via our website www.unispirit.in (“Website”). By engaging our services, you (“you”, “client”, or “customer”) agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. Service Agreement & Deliverables

When you purchase a service from us (for example creative media, brand marketing, business development), we will provide the scope of work, deliverables, timelines and fees in a Service Agreement or proposal.

Once you accept the proposal and make the required payment (in whole or in part), you are considered to have engaged our services and accepted the terms of that agreement.

3. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel the service before we have begun work in earnest (as defined in the service agreement), you may notify us in writing (via email to let’sconnect@unispirit.in) to cancel.

If cancellation is requested before work commences, we will refund the amount you paid, less any non-refundable deposit or any costs already incurred (for example third-party purchase commitments).

If cancellation is requested after work has commenced or after deliverables have been delivered, no refund will be available for the portion of the work already completed. We will invoice you for the work done up to the cancellation date, and you agree to pay for that work.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if you cancel within the timeframe specified in your Service Agreement and prior to significant work starting.

Once the deliverable has been submitted to you and you have approved or accepted it (or been given the opportunity to review and have not raised objections within the agreed review period), no refund will be provided.

If you believe there is a material defect in the service or deliverable (for example a deliverable not meeting the agreed specification), you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will attempt to rectify the issue. If we cannot reasonably do so within the next 14 days, then you may request a partial refund of the portion of work not delivered. The final decision on refund is at our discretion.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must write to us at let’sconnect@unispirit.in with your invoice number, service description, date of purchase, and reasons for the refund request.

Any approved refund will be processed within 30 days of our approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or via bank transfer (if applicable).

Please note that any bank/processing charges (e.g., transaction fees) incurred by Unispirit will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Credits & Future Services

In some cases, instead of a cash refund, we may offer service credit (i.e., a credit to your account) for future services with Unispirit. This will be clearly noted in your agreement if applicable.

Service credits do not expire unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

7. Cancellation by Unispirit

Unispirit reserves the right to cancel a project or the provision of services in our sole discretion (for example if you fail to provide required information, approvals or cooperation in a timely manner).

If we cancel before work has commenced, we will refund any amounts paid by you.

If we cancel after work has commenced, we will refund the portion of the fee equivalent to the undone portion of the service, minus costs already incurred. We will provide a breakdown of work completed and costs incurred.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our Website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
